Pennant Hills
Pennant Hills is located 25 kilometres north-west of Sydney’s CBD, and in fact, it is one of the oldest settled areas of Hornsby Shire. The area was referred to as Pendant Hills or Pennant Hills as early as the 1800s. Back then, huge trees occupied the Pennant Hills region ranging from, blue gum blackbutt, forest oak and cedar. Once all the best timber had been removed, it made way for the establishment of farms and orchards and remains to be a leafy habitat today.
Pennant Hills has a very close-knit community. In 1983, Pennant Hills Market Place was constructed. Conveniently located between Hillcrest Road and Ramsay Road with an adjacent upgraded train station, the fully enclosed and air-conditioned shopping centre is a friendly neighbourhood one-stop hub for everyday family needs. New developments on the rise make this an attractive thriving community shopping base. The lettable space of approximately 4,500 square-metres splits over two levels. With the first floor containing 12 commercial suites, ground floor comprising 17 retail tenancies, and 152 onsite undercover and open-air parking, there is much potential to weave the growth of your business with this close-knit community focused shopping centre.
